What You’ll Do?
- Lead, coach, and inspire your onboard team to deliver world-class service
- Represent Riyadh Air’s hospitality and safety standards at every stage of the journey
- Manage guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Coordinate with pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff to ensure flawless operations
- Serve as a role model, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and a positive onboard culture
Who You Are?
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and ready to make decisions with poise
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest safety standards
- A confident leader with at least 2 years of experience in a flying role or as an onboard team leader
