    Based at our Grand Rapids location, this part-time role (Friday–Sunday) supports both our guests and our internal teams, ensuring that every operational detail—whether it’s guest requests, vehicle coordination, aircraft provisioning, or administrative support—is handled with precision. This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes genuine pride in creating memorable experiences.

    What You’ll Do?

    In this position, you’ll welcome guests on arrival and guide them throughout their ground experience, always anticipating needs and responding with warmth and professionalism. You’ll assist with reservations, recommendations, itinerary updates, and personal requests, helping clients feel supported from the moment they arrive. You’ll also manage the flow of guest vehicles and keys, ensuring each is delivered or retrieved in sync with flight schedules.

    A key part of your work will involve overseeing the Aircraft Stock Program—tracking inventory, sourcing supplies, and ensuring every aircraft reflects Northern Jet’s quality standards and customized client preferences. You’ll act as a resource for guests and crew, keep the client lounge immaculate, and support teams such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Flight Operations with administrative duties ranging from mailings to expense reports. Whether coordinating shipments, scheduling tours, or keeping the office stocked, you’ll help maintain a polished and efficient environment that embodies the Northern Jet brand.


    What You Bring?

    To succeed, you’ll need a strong customer service foundation and the confidence to interact with discerning clients. A high school diploma is required, and an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Ideally, you have at least one to three years of experience in hospitality, concierge work, or a similar guest-facing environment where service quality comes first.

    You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, communicating clearly in person and over the phone, and working with a friendly yet highly professional demeanor. Being reliable, detail-focused, and able to work independently is essential, as is the ability to collaborate smoothly with a variety of internal departments. Strong organizational habits, a polished presence, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction will set you apart.

    Additional Details

    This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, and operate standard office equipment. Weekend availability is required, and flexibility during evenings or holidays may be needed depending on operational demands. The role pays $18.00 per hour.
