What the Role Involves?
As our Corporate Flight Attendant, you’ll be the face of the inflight experience on our Global 8000 operations. Working independently, you’ll manage every aspect of the cabin—from meticulous preflight preparation to thoughtful inflight service and post-flight follow-up. Our clients expect seamless, five-star comfort, and you’ll ensure each journey reflects Metrojet’s commitment to discretion, safety, and personal attention. Your ability to stay composed under pressure, prioritize efficiently, and adapt to changing situations will be key to success in this role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering a genuine six-star level of service to VIP clients throughout every phase of flight
- Working autonomously while remaining aligned with Metrojet’s high operational standards
- Managing cabin preparation, culinary presentation, and all inflight service details
- Maintaining an impeccably safe, calm, and secure environment onboard
- Staying agile under pressure and adjusting smoothly to dynamic schedules or client requests
- Overseeing cabin organization, stock levels, and overall presentation to ensure a flawless experience
What You Bring to the Team?
We’re looking for someone who not only understands luxury aviation but embodies it in their professionalism and attitude.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant in private or business aviation (supervisory or premium airline experience is a strong asset)
- A strong interest and background in fine dining, gastronomy, and wine pairing
- A discreet, polished, and flexible approach to service
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems gracefully
- A positive, elegant, and team-oriented presence
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken
- Solid computer literacy and comfort with modern digital tools
