What You’ll Do?
As a Corporate Flight Attendant with Metrojet, you’ll be the face of luxury in the sky. You’ll manage every detail of inflight service, cabin presentation, and passenger comfort with an expert touch. From flight preparation to personalized service at 40,000 feet, your work ensures each journey feels effortless and exclusive. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing situations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and discretion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering six-star, personalized service to high-profile clients, anticipating and exceeding expectations
- Preparing and managing the cabin to ensure flawless flights
- Coordinating and delivering exceptional inflight service, including fine dining, wine service, and tailored client requests
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and immaculate cabin environment at all times
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations while demonstrating flexibility and discretion
- Quickly responding to any onboard situation, ensuring passenger safety and comfort
What We’re Looking For?
- A positive, polished, and approachable demeanor, with a team-player mindset
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken
- Computer literacy to manage reports, logs, and flight-related documentation
- Supervisory experience or prior exposure to premium/higher-class airline service
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in gastronomy and fine wines
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Jet or Business Aviation Flight Attendant
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
