Your Role: Safety, Service, and Adventure
As a Flight Attendant with HK Express, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out inflight safety and security procedures—safety is our number one priority
- Conducting in-flight food and beverage and duty-free sales—you'll engage with passengers and promote onboard products
- Working as a team to deliver customer service activities—fulfilling passengers' needs and enquiries with warmth and professionalism
What We're Looking For؟
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Right of abode in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm and pass the pre-employment medical examination
- Minimum of Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in English and Chinese, or equivalent
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Ability to speak other Asian languages would be an advantage
