You will be the dedicated steward of the cabin experience, entrusted with transforming each flight into a seamless extension of our clients' lifestyles. This position goes beyond service—it's about profound attention to detail, from mastering intricate passenger preferences to proactively managing the cabin environment. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain impeccable standards, and operate with complete discretion will define the legendary Clay Lacy experience.
A Day in Your Role:
- Acting as the ultimate guardian of safety and comfort, ensuring strict adherence to all Part 91/135 protocols while delivering exceptional, personalized hospitality.
- Becoming an expert on your assigned owner's profile—mastering preferences, dietary needs, and special requests to provide a consistently bespoke experience.
- Managing all aspects of cabin readiness: conducting detailed inventory, sourcing and stocking premium items, and ensuring the aircraft is impeccably prepared before every departure.
- Maintaining meticulous records, updating profiles, and organizing owner lockers and storage to ensure everything is accounted for and in pristine condition.
- Proactively identifying and reporting any cabin maintenance needs, coordinating seamlessly with the flight deck and maintenance teams.
- Representing Clay Lacy's unparalleled standards during aircraft showings for potential charter clients.
- Embracing a dynamic, on-call schedule that aligns with the owner's travel needs, including readiness for extended domestic and international trips.
What You Bring to the Flight Deck?
We are looking for a polished professional with a demonstrated history in high-touch, private aviation environments.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of dedicated large-cabin experience under Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
- Valid, unexpired driver's license, passport, and Food Handler Certification.
- Current emergency training certificate (CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility within the last 12 months.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and while on-call.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to complete Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training.
