Your Mission: Safety, Service, and Smart Travel
As the face of JetSMART in the air, you play the most crucial role in our operation. You are a guardian of safety, a provider of friendly service, and a true ambassador of our brand. Your primary mission is to ensure every flight is not only secure but also delivers the positive, efficient experience our passengers choose us for. You'll work closely with your crew and flight deck to create a seamless journey from boarding to disembarkation.
Your Day in the Sky Will Include:
- Being the expert on safety, diligently following all company procedures and aviation regulations to protect our passengers and crew.
- Providing warm, high-quality service that makes travel enjoyable and stress-free, while always prioritizing safety above all else.
- Clearly and confidently informing passengers about safety procedures and aircraft features.
- Working as a cohesive unit by supporting your Flight Leader and following the Captain's instructions with precision.
- Acting as the welcoming host during boarding and the gracious farewell upon arrival, setting the tone for the entire flight experience.
- Representing the JetSMART spirit on the ground by participating in promotional events and team activities when required.
- Attending essential briefings, training revalidations, and feedback sessions to continuously hone your skills.
Do You Have the JetSMART Spirit?
We're looking for candidates who are as reliable as they are personable. To take off with us, you'll need:
- Your secondary education diploma.
- A current passport and a valid AEROCIVIL medical certificate.
- A valid Cabin Crew License (theoretical knowledge will be assessed).
- A valid swimming certificate.
- Full availability to be based in either Medellín or Bogotá, and flexibility to live in other cities as required by the role.
- An up-to-date Resume/CV that includes a professional photo and a reliable email address for official communications.
- Impeccable personal presentation that reflects our brand's professionalism.
- A consistently positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to be part of our great team.
