Your Role: An Ambassador in the Sky
As a key member of our international cabin crew, you will be the face of Aero Dili, delivering a safe, comfortable, and memorable travel experience to our passengers on the Airbus A320 fleet. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding the highest standards of aviation safety and hospitality. What You'll Bring On Board?
We are looking for qualified candidates who are ready to contribute to our team from day one. The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
- Please refer to Aero Dili’s official announcement for specific eligibility details including gender-related criteria.
- Aged between 20 and 35 years old.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, with excellent written, reading, and fluent spoken skills.
- Have prior experience with a full-service airline, which is highly preferred.
- Hold a current, active cabin crew license specifically for the Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Have a height between 160cm and 172cm.
- Be willing and able to be based in Dili, Timor-Leste.
- We welcome applications from cabin crew of all nationalities. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a strong asset, as we continue to build our network across Asia.
