Your Mission: Excellence at Every Altitude
In this role, you will be entrusted as a key guardian of our in-flight experience, blending rigorous safety standards with genuine, attentive service. We rely on you to be the face of our airline, ensuring every flight is safe, seamless, and memorable.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a dedicated safety professional, executing all protocols to ensure the security of the aircraft and everyone on board.
- Delivering the warm, attentive customer service that makes airBaltic journeys stand out, with a special focus on assisting passengers who need extra care.
- Engaging passengers with a proactive and friendly sales approach, expertly presenting our on-board products and handling transactions.
- Taking pride in the cabin environment, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the flight to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Upholding the highest ethical standards in every interaction, representing our values with integrity and professionalism.
The Experience We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you are an established professional who brings not just skills, but a customer-centric attitude to every flight.
You will need:
- A proven track record as Cabin Crew with a minimum of 400 flight hours completed within the last 12 months.
- Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- A valid EASA Part-CC Cabin Crew Attestation and a valid EASA Part-Med Class 2 medical certificate.
- An EU passport without travel restrictions.
- A natural sales and service orientation, paired with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A cool, patient demeanor and a natural talent for resolving issues calmly and efficiently.
- The physical ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
