Your Role: Creating Moments That Matter
From the moment passengers step on board, you'll be the heart of their experience. Working alongside a friendly Dutch and Spanish-speaking crew, you'll bring a unique blend of professional service and authentic Caribbean hospitality to every flight.
Your key focus will be:
- Creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere that reflects the easygoing spirit of Curaçao.
- Providing attentive and cheerful service, ensuring every passenger feels cared for.
- Working collaboratively to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable journey for all.
- Growing your skills with our full support, preparing you to advance to a Cabin Attendant position.
Is This You?
We're looking for someone who finds real joy in helping others. You're the kind of person who stays calm and cheerful under pressure and sees teamwork as the key to success. A strong sense of responsibility and a natural empathy for people are at the core of who you are.
To join our crew, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum educational level of HAVO or SBO level-4.
- A fluent command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Confident swimming skills (a swimming certificate is a strong advantage).
- To meet our height requirements: 1.60–1.85m for women, 1.65–1.90m for men.
- A glasses or contact lenses prescription not exceeding +5 or –5.
- Availability to start your training journey from 1 February 2026.
