Launch Your Career with Our Ground School
Your pathway to the skies starts with our comprehensive, paid Cabin Crew Ground School, commencing 19 January 2026. Over four weeks, our dedicated trainers will provide you with the expert knowledge and practical skills required to excel in this rewarding role. To welcome you aboard, you'll also receive a special sign-on bonus upon starting your employment.
What You Bring to Our Team?
To ensure you're ready for the role, there are a few essentials we require:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Possess a valid passport with at least 12 months' validity.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or a Permanent Resident.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Tetum, is highly valued.
- Meet our height requirement, standing between 155cm and 175cm.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) from a recognised Australian provider.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
- Be able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which includes a police check.
- Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Be able to swim 50 metres unaided.
- Be available for a flexible 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays, and have reliable transport to work.
