This is a role for a true hospitality professional who understands that in private aviation, safety is paramount and service is personal.
You will be the steward of an exceptional in-flight experience for a discerning Part 91/135 clientele, flying approximately 300 hours annually. Your mission is to know every preference, anticipate every need, and ensure every journey reflects the legendary standard of Clay Lacy Aviation. Please note: Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Van Nuys, CA.
Your Role: The Architect of a Flawless Cabin!
You will own the cabin experience from conception to completion. This means going far beyond service to become a meticulous planner, a savvy procurer, and a gracious host. Your work begins long before the passengers arrive, ensuring every detail—from the curated inventory to the spotless cabin presentation—is perfected to the owner’s exact preferences.
A Day in Your Life Includes:
- Mastering and meticulously catering to the principal's detailed preferences, including food, beverages, allergies, and all personalized requests.
- Proactively managing all cabin inventories, from fine linens to premium amenities, ensuring quality, freshness, and readiness.
- Sourcing, shopping for, and thoughtfully stocking the aircraft with preferred items, managing rotation and replacement with an expert eye.
- Preparing the aircraft to an impeccable standard for each flight, including catering setup, amenity placement, and thorough cleanliness.
- Maintaining detailed passenger profiles and aircraft records, and organizing owner storage areas with precision.
- Collaborating seamlessly with the flight crew and In-Flight Services management to ensure safety and operational excellence.
- Representing the aircraft during showings for potential charter clients, presenting it at its absolute best.
- Maintaining a highly flexible schedule to adapt to dynamic flight operations, including travel with extended overnight stays domestically and internationally.

To be considered, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of dedicated large-cabin experience in a Part 91 and/or Part 135 private/corporate jet environment.
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and a current Food Handler Certification.
- Current emergency training certification (within the last 12 months) from an approved facility, including CPR/First Aid.
- The flexibility to work on-call, during weekends, and on holidays, adapting to the owner's travel schedule.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, and complete company-specific training.
