Shape the Standard of Private Aviation: Cabin Attendant for Gulfstream G600!

Clay Lacy Aviation sets the global standard for safety, service, and professionalism in private aviation. We are searching for an elite Cabin Attendant to join a dedicated flight team based at Pittsburgh International Airport (KPIT), operating a state-of-the-art Gulfstream G600. This role is the pinnacle of private aviation hospitality, requiring a unique blend of meticulous operational skill and the ability to deliver a truly personalized, five-star experience.

Your Mission: To Craft a Legendary, Bespoke Experience

As the sole manager of the cabin on this Part 91 operation, you are entrusted with the complete end-to-end experience. Your primary responsibility is to anticipate and seamlessly execute every detail according to the owner's precise preferences, ensuring each journey is flawless, safe, and deeply personalized. This is a role for a true hospitality professional who understands that excellence lies in the unseen preparation as much as in the visible service.

    A Glimpse into Your Responsibilities:

    • Serving as the ultimate guardian of safety, upholding all regulations while providing discreet, exceptional service.
    • Mastering the owner's detailed profile—including culinary preferences, allergies, and specific requests—and proactively updating this knowledge.
    • Taking full ownership of the aircraft's cabin inventory, from luxury linens to premium pantry items, ensuring everything is meticulously stocked, rotated, and presented.
    • Personally sourcing, shopping for, and preparing all catering and special amenities to the highest standards before each departure.
    • Maintaining the cabin and owner storage areas in immaculate condition, coordinating any maintenance needs promptly.
    • Remaining impeccably flexible, with a schedule built around the owner's travel needs, including readiness for prolonged domestic and international trips.
    • Serving as a brand ambassador, preparing the aircraft for client showings and upholding Clay Lacy's legendary reputation in every interaction.

    The Professional We Are Seeking

This is a career-defining role for an experienced professional who views service as a craft. The non-negotiable requirements include:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-cabin private or corporate jet environment (Part 91/135).
    • Residence within a 2–3 hour drivable commute to Pittsburgh International Airport (KPIT).
    • An active Food Handler Certification and current Emergency Training (including CPR/First Aid) from an approved provider.
    • A valid, unrestricted driver's license and an unexpired passport.
    • The flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.

    The Essential Attributes

Beyond credentials, success here requires a specific character. You are:

    • A proactive problem-solver who works efficiently without direct supervision.
    • Discreet, impeccably trustworthy, and skilled at building genuine rapport.
    • Organized to the smallest detail and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
    • Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods and handling luggage and provisions.
    • A clear communicator and a collaborative team player committed to shared excellence.
