Join SkyShare as a Corporate Cabin Attendant in Salt Lake City!

Have you mastered the art of inflight service and want to bring your skills to a growing private aviation company? SkyShare is looking for a polished, proactive Corporate Cabin Attendant to join our Salt Lake City team. This role is built for someone who genuinely enjoys anticipating needs, solving problems quietly behind the scenes, and making every passenger feel like the flight was crafted just for them. If you thrive on variety, take pride in safety, and love the pace of private aviation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing: The Heart of the Cabin Experience!

Your job goes far beyond serving meals. You'll be the person who ensures everything feels effortless—from the moment the cabin is prepared to the final farewell after landing. Working closely with our pilots and ground teams, you'll bridge the gap between operational precision and genuine hospitality. Safety is always your foundation, but excellence in service is your daily goal.

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

    Flight Operations & Safety:

    • Receiving operational direction from the Pilot in Command and promptly reporting any cabin discrepancies or maintenance needs.
    • Conducting thorough preflight checks to confirm every piece of cabin equipment is ready and functional.
    • Delivering clear passenger safety briefings and managing any inflight emergencies with calm professionalism.
    • Staying proficient with emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen systems, and AEDs.

    Passenger Experience:

    • Helping passengers feel at home by explaining cabin systems like entertainment, data ports, and phones.
    • Assisting with seating, luggage handling, and restraint systems as needed.
    • Providing thoughtful support for passengers with disabilities and children requiring special restraint systems.

    Cabin Presentation & Catering:

    • Coordinating with pilots, maintenance teams, and cleaning crews to keep the cabin impeccably neat and organized.
    • Designing and printing elegant menus and weather cards for each flight.
    • Taking full ownership of the meal experience—from ordering and shopping to preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages.
    • Managing galley and lavatory inventory, working directly with vendors to maintain stock standards.

    Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

    • Ensuring the aircraft meets all specifications before each flight and maintaining detailed client profiles.
    • Completing post-trip and catering reports with accuracy.
    • Creating and updating aircraft-specific manuals and standard operating procedures as needed.

    Training & Team Support:

    • Keeping all required certifications current, including safety, medical, and company indoctrination training.
    • Mentoring and supervising contract or part-time cabin crew when needed.

    What We're Looking For?

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 21 years of age
    • High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is preferred)
    • Flight Safety International (or equivalent) Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
    • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or current CPR/AED equivalent
    • Minimum of four years of work experience in a similar corporate cabin attendant role
    • At least two years of culinary or high-end food service experience
    • Prior experience working under Part 135 regulations
    • Valid US Passport
    • Valid US State Driver's License

The Personal Qualities That Will Help You Succeed:

    • Adaptability & Resilience: You keep safety front of mind and stay composed when plans change or pressure rises.
    • Effective Communication: You write, speak, and listen with clarity and professionalism, whether talking to passengers or crew.
    • Accountability: You make sound decisions, solve problems thoughtfully, and follow through on every commitment.
    • Teamwork: You handle competing priorities with grace, working independently when needed but always collaborating under pressure.
    • Positive Influence: You bring good energy to the hangar, support team morale, and help create a clean, organized, and constructive environment where everyone learns and grows.

    The Perks: What You'll Enjoy?

    • Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually
    • Schedule: A balanced 15 days on / 13 days off rotation
    • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision plans available
    • Life Insurance: Employer-paid basic life insurance, with options to add more
    • Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer matching
    • Time Off: Competitive paid time off policy
    • Travel Perks: Fly free on unoccupied trips whenever available
