The Qualities We Seek in Our Future Crew
We're looking for more than qualifications; we seek a certain character. The ideal candidate is someone who connects authentically with others and carries themselves with grace and positivity.
To be considered, you must:
- Be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
- Be a natural, shining team player with an engaging personality.
- Be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm.
- Meet all UAE employment visa requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Hold a minimum of a high school (Grade 12) diploma.
- Have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates uniform.

Your Earnings & Financial Package
You will be rewarded with a competitive, multi-component salary as a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member.
Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061*)
This consists of:
- A fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
- An hourly flying pay of AED 69.6 (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours per month).
- Overseas meal allowances credited monthly.
