Who We Are Looking For?
We seek individuals whose character shines as brightly as their professionalism. Our cabin crew are the heart of our inflight experience—dedicated, charismatic, and proud to wear our wings. To join our family, you should meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Hold a minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Possess a natural passion for exceptional customer service and thrive as a collaborative team player.
- Embody the core traits of Malaysian Hospitality: attentiveness, courtesy, respect, and a helpful, polite demeanour.
- Meet the minimum height requirement: 157cm for female applicants and 165cm for male applicants.
- Have no visible tattoos while in uniform and be able to meet all necessary employment visa requirements for Malaysia and international travel.
