For Male Candidates:
- Opt for a well-fitted suit in black, navy blue, or grey
- Wear a long-sleeved dress shirt in a solid colour or subtle pattern
- Choose tailored trousers in a complementary colour
- Wear polished, closed-toe dress shoes in black or dark brown
- Pay close attention to personal grooming
For Female Candidates:
- Opt for a well-fitted suit with a skirt in black, navy blue, or grey
- Wear a long-sleeved blouse or shirt
- Ensure your skirt falls at or below the knee
- Wear closed-toe dress shoes with a moderate heel
- Pay close attention to personal grooming
For Both Candidates:
- Ensure clothes are clean and free from wrinkles
- Keep accessories simple and minimal
- Maintain moderate grooming (hair, makeup) and avoid strong fragrances

Who Are We Looking For?
Malaysia Airlines cabin crew are dedicated, charismatic individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. We proudly pin our wings on the very best—people who embody our values and represent our nation with distinction.
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages, particularly your native language, is advantageous)
- Age: 18 to 35 years old
- Teamwork & Service: Possess strong teamwork skills and have a genuine passion for customer service
- Personality Traits: Attentive, helpful, courteous, polite, and respectful—these qualities are essential
- Height Requirements:
- Female applicants: Minimum 157 cm
- Male applicants: Minimum 165 cm
- Visa Eligibility: Capable of fulfilling employment visa requirements for Malaysia and other relevant countries
- Education: Minimum diploma certification or equivalent in any discipline
- Tattoo Policy: No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
