Your Role: Guardian of Safety, Ambassador of Elegance
As a STARLUX Cabin Crew member, your mission is twofold and equally important: ensuring the uncompromised safety of every guest while delivering service that feels effortless and genuine. You'll be the reassuring presence that turns a routine flight into a memorable journey.
This position operates under Article 84-1 of the Labor Standards Act, which means flexibility is key. Our flight schedules are dynamic, and your working hours—including rest days, days off, and national holidays—will be adjusted accordingly to meet operational needs. Applicants must be comfortable with and willing to sign this agreement. It's a lifestyle that requires adaptability, but for the right person, it's also an incredibly rewarding one.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Meticulously carrying out all cabin safety procedures, ensuring both aircraft and passenger security at every stage of flight.
- Delivering warm, authentic, high-quality customer service that reflects STARLUX's signature style and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For?
We're seeking candidates who bring the right mix of qualifications, character, and presence. To be considered, you must meet the following:
Essential Requirements:
- Hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.
- Possess a college degree or higher from a domestic or international institution recognized by Taiwan's Ministry of Education.
- Demonstrate English proficiency through a valid test score from one of the following:
- TOEIC: 600 or above
- BULATS: 45 or above
- TOEFL iBT: 64 or above
- TOEFL ITP: 480 or above
- IELTS: 4.5 or above
- Linguaskill: 145 or above
Note: These scores are for the standard listening and reading components. While there is no strict validity period, providing your most recent score is recommended. If you haven't obtained your test results before applying, you must present the original valid English test certificate at the on-site assessment; otherwise, your participation cannot proceed.
Physical and Health Requirements:
- Be able to reach a height of 210 cm with both arms raised—an essential safety requirement for cabin duties.
- Have uncorrected vision of at least 0.1 in both eyes, with corrected vision (using contact lenses) reaching 1.0 or above in both eyes.
Training Location
