Your Role: At the Heart of the Passenger Experience
As a vital member of our cabin crew, you are the ambassador of our brand from the moment passengers step onboard our A319 and A320 aircraft. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless, safe, and exceptionally pleasant travel experience for everyone. This means expertly balancing the highest standards of safety with genuine, attentive service. You will welcome guests with a smile, anticipate their needs throughout the flight, and manage any situation with poise and professionalism. Comprehensive training will prepare you to handle everything from daily service to emergency procedures with confidence.
What You Bring to Our Team?
We are looking for candidates who embody a spirit of service and teamwork. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in both French and English (certified B2 level, e.g., Linguaskills or TOEIC 4 Skills). Knowledge of Arabic is a valued asset.
- A positive attitude, impeccable personal presentation, and a proactive mindset.
- While previous airline experience is preferred, your attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
- A strong, in-depth understanding of aviation safety and security protocols.
- Certified proficiency in first aid and survival techniques.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for customer service.
- The ability to work seamlessly as part of a close-knit team and to lead calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Full flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, and to travel frequently.
- Good physical fitness and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Contract & Rewards
This position is offered on an 18-month fixed-term French contract (CDD) with a strong potential for renewal. We believe in supporting our crew's well-being and work-life balance with a comprehensive package:
- Salary & Allowances: A gross monthly salary of €1,957, complemented by a meal allowance of €21.10 per meal during duty.
- Time Off: Enjoy a minimum of 10 days off per month and 35 calendar days of paid leave per year.
- Commuter Support: We facilitate your journey to work by reimbursing 50% of your public transport (Navigo) pass or providing a transport allowance for fuel costs if you use your personal vehicle.
- Fleet: You will operate on our modern Airbus A319 and A320 fleet.
