Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented Cabin Attendant to join our elite team based at Dallas Love Field (KDAL), working exclusively aboard a pristine Gulfstream G650ER. If you have a passion for precision, a gift for anticipating needs, and at least three years of experience in the private jet world, this role offers the chance to deliver legendary service to discerning clientele while operating in a dynamic Part 91 and 135 environment.

This is not just a service role—it's a partnership with some of the most experienced professionals in business aviation, built on trust, discretion, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

Your Purpose: Curating Seamless Journeys at 50,000 Feet

As the sole cabin manager for this G650ER, you become the architect of every guest's experience. Your responsibilities extend far beyond inflight service—you are the guardian of the owner's preferences, the meticulous planner who ensures every detail is anticipated, and the calm, resourceful presence that makes complex travel look effortless. With approximately 350 flight hours annually, you'll enjoy a rhythm that balances meaningful time in the air with the flexibility to maintain the aircraft to the highest standards on the ground.

A Closer Look at What You'll Do

    Master the Art of Personalization:

    • Develop an intimate understanding of the owner's preferences—from culinary tastes and dietary needs to specific amenities that make each flight feel like home.
    • Continuously update passenger profiles and maintain meticulous records, ensuring every detail is captured and honored.

    Maintain Impeccable Cabin Readiness:

    • Conduct routine inventory checks, source and shop for preferred items, and rotate supplies to ensure freshness and quality.
    • Organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, bedding, and cabin equipment with military precision.
    • Prepare the aircraft before each flight, ensuring the cabin is spotless, amenities are perfectly placed, and catering reflects the owner's exact requests.

    Champion Safety and Proactive Care:

    • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols while delivering seamless service, setting the standard for compliance and care.
    • Identify and address cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command or maintenance teams to resolve issues before they become concerns.
    • Safely manage the on-load and off-load of aircraft items during maintenance events.

Represent Excellence On and Off the Aircraft:

    • Set up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, showcasing Clay Lacy's legendary standards.
    • Maintain open, continuous communication with In-Flight Services management, ensuring every operation flows smoothly.
    • Embrace a flexible schedule that accommodates the owner's travel needs, including domestic and international overnights.

What You Bring to the Flight Deck?

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations aboard large-cabin private or corporate jets.
    • Residency within a 2-hour drivable commute from KDAL (Dallas Love Field).
    • Valid, unexpired driver's license and passport.
    • Current Food Handler Certification.
    • Emergency training certificate from an approved facility completed within the past 12 months, including CPR and First Aid.
    • Clay Lacy Aviation Indoctrination training (or ability to complete upon hire).
    • Availability for flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties (except scheduled days off).
    • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.

The Competencies That Set You Apart:

    • You approach challenges with urgency, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit.

    • You earn trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
    • You make sound, timely decisions that keep operations moving forward.
    • You hold yourself accountable, consistently achieving objectives with a results-driven mindset.
    • You embrace feedback and reflection, continuously growing in self-awareness and professional mastery.

    Essential Physical and Cognitive Demands:

    • Comfort working day, night, and in all weather conditions.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Capacity to reason, analyze, and solve problems independently.
    • Skill in prioritizing and multitasking within a dynamic, occasionally distracting environment.
    • Commitment to working safely and effectively without direct supervision.
