Who We're Looking For?
At Etihad, our Cabin Crew are the heart and soul of our airline. We're searching for people who bring authenticity, warmth, and professionalism to everything they do.
To be considered, you'll need to meet these essential requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Speak and write English fluently (additional languages are a welcome advantage)
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings (one small earring per lobe is permitted for female candidates)
- Stand at least 163 cm tall (no reach test required)
- Be able to swim with the assistance of a flotation device
- Have a clean criminal record and be able to travel freely without restrictions
- Be fully willing to comply with UAE and GCAA aviation requirements
