In this role, you will be the key to a seamless flight experience. From pre-flight briefings to post-flight reports, your attention to detail and dedication to people will shine through. You will be entrusted with our passengers' well-being and tasked with upholding the highest standards of our brand with every interaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring your own readiness and grooming, attending pre-flight briefings with focus, and understanding your vital role in the team's operation.
- Conducting comprehensive safety demonstrations and proactively managing the cabin to ensure the security and comfort of all passengers.
- Providing attentive, personalized service—welcoming passengers, assisting with needs, and thoughtfully promoting our onboard offerings and charitable initiatives.
- Diligently completing pre- and post-flight checks, managing onboard supplies, and accurately reporting any irregularities to ensure operational excellence.
- Embracing continuous learning through recurrent training to maintain the highest levels of safety knowledge and professional competency.
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
We are looking for candidates who bring a positive attitude, resilience, and a natural desire to help others. The minimum qualifications include:
- A Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus).
- General good health and fitness, with the ability to meet all medical requirements for flying.
- A presentable, friendly demeanor with a cheerful attitude that remains steady under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation and the tact to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules and operational demands.
We especially welcome applications from fresh graduates. Prior experience in cabin crew, aviation, hospitality, or customer service will be considered a strong advantage, as will an active cabin crew license or training in First Aid and Safety Procedures.
