What You'll Be Doing?
As a Passenger Service Agent, you'll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our passengers throughout their journey. From the moment they arrive at the airport until they board—or when they need assistance during unexpected situations—you'll play a key role in making their experience smooth, positive, and memorable.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting passengers with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs and answering questions with clarity and patience
- Managing check-in by verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Handling baggage—from tagging and inspecting to ensuring it reaches the right destination
- Guiding passengers during flight arrivals, helping them navigate the airport with ease
- Stepping in during irregular operations (such as delays or cancellations) to provide support, solutions, and reassurance
- Selling tickets at locations where no franchised ticket office is available, ensuring customers can complete their travel plans seamlessly
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and stays calm under pressure. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: High school diploma completed
- Language Skills: Advanced conversational English—you'll be communicating with travelers from around the world
- Experience: At least one year in customer service; experience with CRM or customer service systems is a plus
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—aviation is a 24/7 operation, and we count on our team to be there when passengers need them
