The Opportunity
We're looking for a Passenger Service Representative to join our team in Cancún and help us deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong active listening abilities, and a genuine sense of hospitality. You'll be the face of Aeromexico at the airport, ensuring that every passenger feels welcomed, supported, and well cared for throughout their journey.
What You'll Be Doing?
As a Passenger Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in the airport experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring customer service procedures and standards are followed during check-in, boarding, arrivals, and connections
- Handling baggage-related inquiries and assisting with baggage processes
- Supporting passengers during irregular operations with empathy and efficiency
- Using customer service systems and CRM platforms to manage bookings and resolve issues
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and positive airport experience
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring both the right qualifications and the right attitude:
- Education: High school diploma
- Language: Advanced conversational English
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with customer service systems or CRM platforms is a strong advantage
