What You'll Be Doing at 30,000 Feet
As a Junior Cabin Crew member, you'll be the reassuring presence our passengers remember. Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

- Handling on-board sales with confidence, from presenting products to processing payments smoothly

- Upholding the highest ethical standards in everything you do, on and off the aircraft
Are You Ready to Take Flight?
We're looking for people who bring the right mix of professionalism, personality, and physical readiness. To join our Belgrade base, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- Completed secondary education
- Fluency in Serbian and English (minimum B2 level—you'll be communicating with passengers from all over the world)
- A genuine customer-first mindset and polished professional presence
- The ability to obtain required aviation medical certification
- An arm reach of at least 210 cm (measured on tiptoes—this ensures you can access all safety equipment)
- Good physical fitness and strong swimming ability
- Serbian citizenship or valid work authorization in both Serbia and the EU
