Join the Nerve Center of Private Aviation – Crew Services Representative, Portsmouth, NH!

Be Part of Something That Never Stops Moving

PlaneSense, Inc. manages and operates one of the most respected fractional ownership fleets in the country—featuring Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated person to join our Flight Operations Center (FOC) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire as a full-time Crew Services Representative. If you thrive on staying several steps ahead, love solving problems before they happen, and want to work in a fast-paced aviation environment where no two days are the same, this role was made for you.

Think of the FOC as our operational nerve center. It's where everything comes together—crews, aircraft, schedules, logistics, and regulations—all moving at once. As a Crew Services Representative, your job is to maintain constant awareness of your assigned aircraft, advocate for our crews, and keep communication flowing seamlessly between pilots, internal departments, and outside vendors. Accuracy and follow-through aren't optional here—they're everything.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?

This is a role that demands vigilance, initiative, and a genuine desire to help things run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Maintaining sharp, continuous situational awareness of your assigned aircraft and crew members
    • Managing crew member duty and rest periods to ensure compliance and safety
    • Overseeing flight schedules and monitoring legal requirements for each trip
    • Advocating on behalf of crew members while coordinating closely with Owner Services and Scheduling teams
    • Handling all logistical needs for your crews, including:
      • Accommodations and hotel arrangements
      • Ground transportation and crew relocations
      • Crew meals and daily essentials
    • Managing aircraft-related logistics such as:
      • FBO arrival and departure arrangements
      • Preliminary review of weather, NOTAMs, and TFRs
      • Securing parking, arrival, and departure slots
      • International and CBP requirements when flying cross-border
    • Taking on additional duties as assigned by FOC leadership

    What We're Looking For?

The ideal candidate brings a rare mix of people skills, resilience, and a high aptitude for learning. You don't need to be an aviation expert on day one—but you do need to be driven, detail-focused, and ready to contribute from the start.

    Qualifications we value:

    • Exceptional customer service skills—you genuinely care about helping others
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A high capacity for learning new systems, software, and processes
    • Personal and professional resilience (this role can be intense, and that's part of the appeal)
    • Ability to work assigned shifts that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

    Education and experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • One year in a service industry (preferred)
    • One year in a direct client-facing role (preferred)
    • Aviation or travel experience (preferred but not required)

    Computer skills you'll need:

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system
    • Comfort using internet browsers and learning new software quickly

    Your Possible Work Schedule

This is a 24/7 operation, so flexibility is essential. Qualified candidates must be available to work any of the following four shift options:

    • Sunday – Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Sunday – Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
    • Wednesday – Saturday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Wednesday – Saturday: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Please note: You must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Portsmouth, NH, and be available for any of the schedules listed above.
