What You'll Be Doing?
As part of the Clubhouse bar team, your day will be a blend of artistry, energy, and genuine hospitality. You'll be the friendly face behind the counter, the expert who knows just what a guest needs—whether it's a morning pick-me-up or a celebratory glass of something sparkling.
On any given shift, you might find yourself:
- Crafting everything from rich, aromatic coffees to perfectly balanced cocktails, always upholding the Clubhouse standard.
- Bringing warmth, confidence, and your own personality to every guest interaction—because service should feel natural, not scripted.
- Creating an inviting, relaxed atmosphere where travellers feel genuinely cared for and at ease.
- Moving seamlessly between the bar and coffee stations, adapting to whatever the moment calls for.
- Sharing your drink knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations based on what each guest enjoys.
- Getting creative with seasonal specials and fresh flavour combinations, contributing your own ideas to the menu.
- Keeping your workspace spotless, organised, and always ready for the next guest.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure everything flows smoothly.
Who We're Looking For?
We believe the best hospitality comes from people who genuinely care. While experience matters, your personality, energy, and passion for making people feel special count just as much.
You'll fit right in if you have:
- Experience behind a bar and/or coffee machine in a busy café, restaurant, or bar environment.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and creating moments that guests remember.
- The confidence to stay calm, collected, and efficient during the busiest rushes.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise when things get lively.
- A team-first attitude with a positive, can-do approach to every shift.
- Pride in your presentation, keeping uniform and grooming standards immaculate.
- Bonus points for cocktail-making skills or speciality coffee knowledge—but if you've got the right energy, we can teach the rest.
You'll Also Need to Be:
- Available for shifts between 05:00 and 23:00, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Based in the UK, within a 90-minute commute of London Heathrow.
- At least 18 years old and able to obtain an airside pass for restricted areas at Heathrow.
The Details That Matter
We offer flexibility to suit different lifestyles. Choose from:
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days on and 2 days off.
- Part Time: 18.5 hours per week, working 3 days on and 3 days off.
Salary & Benefits:
- Full Time: £26,881 per year
- Part Time: £13,261 per year
- Plus shift pay and an excellent benefits package, including staff travel perks.
