What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
Your role is all about creating magic moments for our guests. Here's what you can expect:
- Welcoming our guests with a warm, friendly smile and introducing them to our vibrant Clubhouse and Revivals lounges
- Tantalising taste buds with our delicious, seasonal menu and signature cocktails, along with specialty teas, coffees, and soft drinks
- Delivering an immersive culinary experience—with every plate placed and every glass poured, you're creating more than just a meal
- Creating a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation by maintaining a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment for guests to unwind before their journey
- Playing a pivotal role in the team, ensuring guests' needs are met at every opportunity—from serving their first drink to clearing their plates, or simply offering a glass of bubbly
The Details
- Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week, 4 on 2 off shift pattern) or Part Time (18.5 hours, 3 on 3 off shifts)
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday, various shifts from 05:00 to 23:00 (including Bank Holidays)
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £27,454 (Full Time) or £13,659 (Part Time) plus shift pay and excellent benefits, including staff travel

Are you a guest services expert with experience in face-to-face interactions and delivering amazing service in a fast-paced hospitality environment? If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 12 months' experience working in a food and beverage or hospitality environment (essential)
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer experience with high attention to detail and tailored service
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service while standing and moving around the Clubhouse throughout your shift
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task a series of food and drink requests from customers and colleagues
- Commitment to maintaining the highest uniform standards in our iconic Clubhouse crew attire
- Flexibility to work different shifts between 05:00 and 23:00, including weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis
- Residence in the UK, located within a 90-minute commutable distance from London Heathrow, Hounslow
- Aged 18 years or over, with the ability to acquire an airside pass ID to enter and work in restricted areas of Heathrow
