As Clubhouse Crew, you become the architect of our guests' pre-flight experience. You'll welcome Upper Class and Frequent Flyer guests into our vibrant lounges—spaces designed to delight, relax, and inspire before every journey. Your mission? To make each visit feel personal, effortless, and unforgettable.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their entire travel experience.
- Guiding them through our seasonal menus and signature cocktail lists, offering recommendations with confidence and care.
- Crafting an immersive culinary journey with every plate you serve and every glass you pour—because presentation and attention to detail matter just as much as flavour.
- Keeping our spaces impeccably clean and inviting, ensuring every corner feels like a sanctuary.
- Anticipating needs before they're voiced, whether that's a top-up of bubbly, a quiet corner to work, or a friendly chat.
- Collaborating seamlessly with your team to ensure every guest feels seen, valued, and cared for.
Who We're Looking For?
Our people are the heartbeat of Virgin Atlantic. We don't expect you to arrive as a finished product—we'll invest in your growth, provide outstanding training, and help you unlock potential you didn't know you had. What we do look for is a foundation of genuine hospitality and the right mindset.
Essential qualities and experience:
- At least 12 months of hands-on experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting—this role is built on real-world service know-how.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, where tailoring your approach to each guest came naturally.
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment, staying on your feet for extended periods while maintaining energy and poise.
- Strong multitasking skills—you can juggle multiple drink and food orders, prioritise effectively, and still keep a smile on your face.
- Pride in presentation, wearing our iconic Clubhouse uniform with the same care and attention you bring to every guest interaction.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating shift pattern between 05:00 and 23:00, including weekends and bank holidays—our Clubhouses are open 365 days a year.
- Residency within a 90-minute commute of London Heathrow, Hounslow, UK.
- Be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain an airside pass permitting access to restricted areas at Heathrow.

What's On Offer?
- Location: London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, UK
- Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week, 4 days on / 2 days off) or Part Time (18.5 hours per week, 3 days on / 3 days off)
- Shifts: Rotating between 05:00 and 23:00, seven days a week including bank holidays
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £26,374 for Full Time, plus shift pay and an exceptional benefits package—including staff travel perks that open up the world
