What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
Our Clubhouse and Revivals lounges are more than just waiting areas—they're a sanctuary before the journey begins. As part of our crew, you'll play a central role in bringing that vision to life.
Your typical shift will include:
- Welcoming every guest with a genuine, friendly smile and helping them feel at home the moment they walk in
- Introducing travelers to our vibrant lounge spaces, helping them settle in and discover what's on offer
- Tempting taste buds with our seasonal, delicious menu and signature cocktails, as well as our carefully selected specialty teas and coffees
- Seeing every plate you place and every drink you pour as part of a larger experience—not just a transaction, but an immersive culinary journey
- Keeping the lounge spotlessly clean, calm, and relaxing, so guests can truly unwind before their flight
- Working closely with your teammates to anticipate guest needs at every turn—whether it's clearing plates, pouring bubbly, or simply checking in to see if anyone needs anything
About You: The Heart of the Virgin Family

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 12 months of experience working in a food and beverage or hospitality environment—this is essential
- A strong background in face-to-face customer service, where attention to detail and tailored service made the difference
- Confidence working in a fast-paced setting where you'll be on your feet for long periods
- The ability to juggle multiple drink and food requests from guests and colleagues, while keeping your composure and your smile
- A commitment to maintaining the highest uniform standards—our iconic Clubhouse crew look is part of the experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including some weekends and bank holidays (our lounges are open 365 days a year)
Practical Requirements Before You Apply
Please make sure you meet these essential criteria:
- You must live in the UK and be located within a 90-minute commutable distance from London Heathrow in Hounslow
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You can successfully obtain an airside pass ID to enter and work in restricted areas of the airport
- If you've applied for this role before and were unsuccessful, please wait at least six months before trying again—we're unable to reconsider applications within that timeframe
What to Expect in Our Hiring Process
If your application catches our attention during the initial screening, you'll be invited to complete an online video assessment. Those who move forward will then be invited to an in-person assessment centre in central London. It's your chance to show us the personality and passion behind your application.
