Join the Fly Jinnah Family as Cabin Crew – Based in Islamabad!
Are you ready to take your career to new heights with one of Pakistan's most exciting airlines? Fly Jinnah is looking for warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our Cabin Crew team in Islamabad. As the face of our airline, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable journeys for our passengers—ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction from the moment they step onboard until they reach their destination.
This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to grow, explore, and represent a brand that values excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing: Your Role in the Sky?
As a Fly Jinnah Cabin Crew member, you'll wear many hats—safety professional, customer service ambassador, salesperson, and problem-solver. Every flight brings new challenges and rewards, and your energy and dedication will make all the difference.
Here's a closer look at what your day-to-day will involve:
Before Takeoff: Setting the Stage for Excellence
- Arriving on time, looking polished and professional, and ensuring you're fit and legal to operate your assigned flight.
- Attending the pre-flight briefing to review flight details, assign roles, discuss safety checks, and coordinate boarding procedures.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of the cabin—checking emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials—and reporting any deficiencies to your Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
During the Flight: Safety, Service, and Smiles
- Welcoming passengers with warmth and assisting with boarding formalities while recording necessary data in the aircraft logbook.
- Demonstrating safety procedures with clarity and confidence, ensuring every passenger feels secure and informed.
- Providing ongoing excellent customer service—attending to individual requests, pre-bookings, and special needs throughout the journey.
- Identifying passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulty and offering support according to our Operations Manual guidelines.
- Contributing to onboard revenue by promoting meals, products, and our "Charity Cloud" program with genuine enthusiasm.
- Handling cash and credit card payments securely and accurately for sales and donations.
- Administering first aid when needed—your training will prepare you for this responsibility.
After Landing: Wrapping Up with Professionalism
- Participating in post-flight briefings and completing assessment reports with honest, constructive feedback.
- Ensuring an orderly handover of the cabin to catering, cleaning, or maintenance staff.
- Accounting for passenger conduct and, when designated as Cabin Supervisor by the Captain, stepping into that leadership role seamlessly.
Throughout Your Career: Continuous Growth
- Maintaining your professional edge by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures workshops, and other educational sessions.
- Keeping your license current and staying competitive in your field.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
What We're Looking For?
At Fly Jinnah, we believe the right attitude is just as important as the right qualifications. If you're someone who stays positive under pressure, connects easily with people, and takes pride in doing things right, you'll fit right in.
To be considered, you'll need:
- A diploma or Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC). A diploma in Travel or Tourism is a nice bonus.
- Good general health—you must be fit to fly with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- A presentable appearance and a friendly, cheerful attitude that shines through even on stressful days.
- A customer-first mindset—you genuinely enjoy understanding and meeting people's needs.
- The ability to handle difficult situations and upset passengers calmly, without ever compromising the airline's image.
- Strong focus and awareness, with the ability to spot irregularities and respond to threats or emergencies efficiently.
- Self-motivation and initiative—you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage depending on airline needs.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns and extended hours when required.
- Adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
What Gives You an Edge (Welcome Additions):
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within aviation, airlines, or hospitality.
