Become Part of Pakistan's Growing Airline: Fly Jinnah Cabin Crew Open Day in Karachi!
Are you ready to take off on an exciting career with one of Pakistan's most dynamic airlines? Fly Jinnah is hosting an Open Day in Karachi, and we're looking for friendly, service-driven individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. If you love working with people, stay calm under pressure, and want to represent a brand that's redefining affordable air travel in Pakistan, this is your moment.

What You'll Be Doing as Our Airline Ambassador?
As a Fly Jinnah Cabin Crew member, you are the face and heart of our airline. Your mission goes beyond serving passengers—it's about building loyalty, ensuring safety, and leaving everyone with a positive memory of their journey with us. From the moment passengers step onboard to the time they disembark, you'll be there to guide, assist, and reassure.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Preparation & Professionalism: You'll arrive on time, looking polished and feeling fit for duty. Before each flight, you'll attend a team briefing to go over flight details, role assignments, safety checks, boarding procedures, and any special passenger needs.
Safety First, Always: You'll clearly explain safety procedures to passengers, making sure everyone feels secure and informed. You'll stay alert for any safety or security concerns, working closely with your Cabin Supervisor to follow our standard operating procedures. If a passenger needs first aid, you'll be trained and ready to help. And whenever something feels off or a malfunction occurs, you'll promptly report it to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.
Genuine Customer Care: From welcoming passengers during boarding to updating the aircraft logbook as required by airline and civil aviation rules, you'll handle every detail with care. You'll attend to individual requests, pre-bookings, and special needs. You'll also be the compassionate ear for passengers who may be stressed or struggling, following our Operations Manual to provide the right support.
Onboard Revenue & Giving Back: You'll help us make every flight count by promoting onboard meals, products, and our "Charity Cloud" program. Whether it's a snack, a souvenir, or a donation to a good cause, you'll do so with a warm, professional approach—working toward individual and team goals. You'll also handle cash and credit card payments securely and accurately.
Checks, Reports & Teamwork: Before takeoff, you'll inspect the cabin to confirm that emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are fully stocked and in working order. Any deficiencies will be reported immediately. During transit stops, you'll ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and that catering and duty-free items are replenished. You'll coordinate with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff for a smooth handover. After landing, you'll complete post-flight assessments, provide an honest evaluation of the flight, and close and seal duty-free containers as required. When needed, you may also step in as Cabin Supervisor at the Captain's request.
Continuous Learning: Aviation never stands still, and neither will you. You'll attend recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and other sessions to keep your license current and your skills sharp.
