Marabu Airlines is expanding our Airbus A320neo operation, and we're looking for experienced Senior Cabin Crew to join our new Frankfurt base. As a dynamic leisure airline serving the German market, we're committed to safe, reliable operations and high-quality onboard service that leaves a lasting impression on every passenger.
This is a leadership role—one where you'll play a key part in guiding the cabin team, supporting flight operations, and ensuring that every journey reflects our commitment to professionalism and hospitality. If you already have experience as Senior Cabin Crew, hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, and have recent leadership experience on Airbus aircraft, we want to hear from you.
A Role for Confident Leaders
This is a role for people who enjoy leading others, adapt well to change, and remain calm and confident in fast-moving environments. From last-minute roster changes to onboard emergencies, you'll be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, make operational decisions when required, and help create a positive experience for every passenger.
Your Key Tasks:
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead and mentor cabin crew members, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence throughout every flight
- Passenger Service: Provide warm, professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort from boarding to arrival
- Safety & Security: Conduct thorough safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations
- In-Flight Sales: Oversee and support onboard sales, promoting products that enhance the passenger experience
- Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with colleagues and flight deck crew to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations
What We're Looking For?
To join our team as Senior Cabin Crew, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Minimum Height: 158 cm
- Education: Completed secondary education
- Certification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (essential)
- Citizenship: Right to live and work in Germany and the EU
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German are welcomed—but we encourage a willingness to improve your German over time
- Medical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
- Experience: At least 1 year of current experience as Senior Cabin Crew on Airbus aircraft
- Background Check: No criminal record
- Base availability: Ability to reach Frankfurt Airport within 60 minutes at any time
