As a member of SalamAir's Cabin Crew, you'll be the face of our airline onboard, ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and welcoming travel experience. What We're Looking For – Cabin Crew Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certifications in hospitality, tourism, aviation, or related fields are an advantage
2. Age & Physical Requirements
- Age: 20–30 years
- Minimum height: 160 cm, proportionate to weight as per airline standards
- Ability to swim and participate in emergency and safety procedures
3. Language & Communication Skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Personal & Professional Attributes
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties
- Medically fit and able to meet aviation regulatory requirements
