Silver Air is looking for a Lead Cabin Attendant to support a highly discerning ownership group—people who genuinely appreciate gastronomy, elevated service, and the art of global travel. The account operates frequently across Europe and Mexico, so you'll need to be globally minded, culturally aware, and genuinely energized by international travel. This is a dedicated, full-time placement. We're looking for someone who wants to own an account, build consistency, and deliver a long-term, elevated service standard—not someone looking for a short-term assignment.
A Few Practical Requirements Before You Apply:
- You must be based within a 1-2 hour drive from our headquarters in Van Nuys for operational efficiency
- You should be comfortable going beyond traditional responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of cabin comfort and readiness at all times

What You'll Be Doing?
As our Lead Cabin Attendant, every flight is an opportunity to create a seamless, memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service on Part 91 and Part 135 flights by proactively anticipating guests' needs before they even arise
- Clearly communicating available amenities to guests, helping them make the most of every feature onboard
- Greeting and bidding farewell to every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a positive impression that lingers
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, ensuring everything is pristine, secure, and ready
- Keeping the aircraft interior immaculately clean and organized before, during, and after every flight
- Following instructions carefully and collaborating effectively with the flight crew to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhering to the guidelines in our Cabin Attendant Handbook, maintaining Silver Air's high standards of service and professionalism
- Managing catering orders and procuring essential flight and guest necessities tailored to each specific trip
- Keeping the aircraft cabin fully stocked and meticulously organized according to Silver Air's exacting standards
- Prioritizing safety and compliance in everything you do—these principles govern every in-flight activity
- Assisting with initial cabin setup as needed, contributing to the readiness and excellence of the interior before guests arrive
What You Bring to the Table?
This role demands demonstrated proficiency in high-end food and beverage services, along with luxury service experiences tailored to VVIP clients. Here's what we're looking for:
- Experience: A minimum of five years as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is required
- Culinary knowledge: Extensive understanding of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, display aesthetics, and service standards
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving: A knack for resourceful, innovative thinking when challenges arise
- Organization: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management capabilities
- Client intuition: An intuitive understanding of client needs, backed by outstanding interpersonal skills that enable truly personalized service
- Presentation: An unwavering commitment to impeccable personal presentation at all times
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Candidates with two or more years of experience who meet a high percentage of our qualifications and exhibit excellence in presentation and flexibility may be considered near the top of the range.
