Lead Global Express Cabin Attendant – Van Nuys!
Elevate Luxury Private Aviation with Silver Air
Silver Air is searching for an exceptional Lead Global Express Cabin Attendant to join our team in Van Nuys. This isn't your standard flight attendant role—it's a position designed for a seasoned professional who understands that true luxury lies in anticipation, discretion, and flawless execution. If you have a background in high-level executive support, a passion for world-class hospitality, and the composure to handle anything at 40,000 feet, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do: The Heart of the Inflight Experience
You'll be the driving force behind every guest's journey on our Part 91 and Part 135 flights. From the moment you step onboard, you'll take ownership of the cabin—ensuring every detail is perfect, every need is anticipated, and every guest feels genuinely cared for. You'll work closely with our flight crew to create seamless, safe, and unforgettable experiences for aircraft owners and charter clients who expect nothing less than excellence.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Reading the room before anyone says a word—anticipating guest needs and addressing them proactively, often before they even arise.
- Walking guests through our aircraft's amenities with warmth and clarity, helping them feel at home in the sky.
- Greeting and saying goodbye to every guest with genuine warmth, leaving a lasting positive impression.
- Performing detailed pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, then briefing the flight crew on everything they need to know.
- Maintaining an immaculate, organized, and inviting cabin environment before, during, and after every flight.
- Collaborating seamlessly with pilots and crew—you're a team player who follows instructions while also thinking independently.
- Ordering catering and sourcing flight essentials tailored to each trip, because personalization is everything at this level.
- Keeping the aircraft stocked and organized to Silver Air's exacting standards, down to the smallest detail.
- Letting safety guide every decision you make—no exceptions.
- Assisting with initial cabin setup and managing hangar space and supply inventory to ensure operational readiness at all times.
What You Bring to the Team?
We're looking for a rare combination of executive-level polish and hands-on hospitality expertise. The ideal candidate has navigated high-pressure environments, worked with VVIP clients, and understands the unspoken rules of luxury service.
Required Experience & Skills:

- A mix of Part 135 and Part 91 flight experience, or alternatively, 5–10 years of high-level executive assistant experience paired with a deep understanding of private aviation standards.

- An intuitive, almost instinctive understanding of client needs, backed by strong interpersonal skills.
