So, what would you actually be doing as part of our Cabin Crew team?
Quite a bit more than pouring coffee (though yes, there will be coffee).
You'll be the first face our guests see when they board and the last one to wave them off at the other end. You'll deliver safety briefings that are clear, confident, and impossible to ignore — while making sure everyone actually follows them (with charm, not force).
You'll offer brilliant service to all kinds of travellers — from seasoned frequent flyers to nervous first-timers. You'll lend a hand to guests with special needs, keep unaccompanied minors entertained and at ease, and yes, you might even share the cabin with the occasional cat or dog travelling alongside their humans.
Every day looks different. You'll work closely with a tight-knit team, meet people from all walks of life, and see parts of Australia (and beyond) you may not have visited otherwise.
