Before applying, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Possess a valid European Cabin Crew Attestation
- Have a current EASA Class 2 Cabin Crew medical certificate
- Present a smart, professional appearance that reflects our brand
- Take a proactive, customer-first approach to onboard service
- Speak fluent English at a B2 level, plus fluent spoken Spanish
- Hold a valid work permit for Italy
- Have a clean criminal record
- Be geographically available to work from our Florence base
- Show flexibility and adaptability with scheduling
- If you have previous cabin crew experience, be ready to provide an official document from your former employer verifying your flight hours
Please note: Candidates who have participated in a Vueling selection process within the last six months are not eligible to apply.
