- Arrive on time – and expect to be with us until late afternoon. The process is thorough, and we want to give every candidate proper attention.
- Bring your up-to-date English CV with a clear ID photo attached.
- Dress in smart business attire and make sure you are well-groomed.
- Apply for the correct base – if you choose a base that isn't your preference, your application may not be accepted.
- All candidates go through pre-screening – you'll receive the outcome via email.
- Travel to the event is your responsibility – please arrange your own transport and accommodation. Wizz Air cannot cover any costs or delays related to your personal travel plans.
What Does the Recruitment Day Look Like?
We've designed the day to give you a real taste of the role. Here's what you can expect:

- An English proficiency test to assess your communication skills
- A personal introduction – just a few sentences from you on why you're a great fit for the role
- A role-play assessment based on realistic in-flight situations
- A team exercise to see how you collaborate with others
- A final one-on-one interview to get to know you better
What You'll Be Doing as a Wizz Air Flight Attendant?
Your role goes far beyond serving coffee or welcoming people aboard. You will:
- Keep a strong focus on safety first, while still delivering warm and efficient customer care
- Carry out both onboard and ground duties according to company policies
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling with accuracy and a friendly attitude
- Welcome every passenger with a genuine smile and offer help throughout the flight
- Live by our core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity

What You Need to Bring to the Role?
Before applying, please check that you meet these essential requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- A high school degree
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- The legal right to work in Hungary without employer sponsorship – accepted documents include: EU/HU Permanent Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, HU Long Term Residence Card, or an EU Passport. Please note that work permits, student permits, and other temporary residence permits are not accepted.
- A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and no travel limitations
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes
- The ability to swim
- You either live within 60 minutes of your chosen base or are ready to move – and willing to make that journey whenever your work schedule requires it
- No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the Wizz Air uniform
- A Medical Note: If you wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4, you will most likely not pass the mandatory medical examination.
