Elevate Luxury Travel at 45,000 Feet: Cabin Attendant – Gulfstream 700, Phoenix!

Jet Aviation is seeking an exceptional Cabin Attendant to join our elite team in Phoenix, Arizona, operating aboard the ultra-sophisticated Gulfstream 700. This is not your typical flight attendant role. It is a career for hospitality professionals who thrive on anticipation, discretion, and delivering truly bespoke experiences to high-profile clientele. If you take pride in owning every detail—from sourcing the perfect vintage to ensuring a flawless cabin environment—this is your opportunity to represent a global leader in private aviation.

What You'll Be Doing: Owning the In-Flight Experience

You will be the sole architect of the onboard journey, working in close partnership with the Pilot-in-Command to ensure every operation runs seamlessly. Your day begins well before takeoff, conducting meticulous preflight cabin checks, identifying any maintenance needs, and coordinating with ground crews to guarantee the aircraft is immaculate. Once airborne, your focus shifts to anticipating passenger needs—managing everything from seating arrangements and luggage to catering and bedding—all while upholding the strictest standards of confidentiality and safety.

    Your responsibilities will also include:

    Safety & Compliance

Delivering passenger safety briefings, operating emergency equipment, and taking command of the cabin during medical or aircraft emergencies. For Part 91 flights, you will ensure all passengers comply with federal regulations.

    Cabin Excellence

Maintaining a pristine, luxurious environment throughout every leg. This includes managing inventory, sourcing high-end vendors, and preparing and serving meals and beverages tailored precisely to individual passenger preferences.

    Behind-the-Scenes Precision

Updating detailed client profiles, completing post-trip reports, managing expense accounts, and keeping current with all required training and aircraft manuals.

    Leadership & Mentorship

Serving as a trusted ambassador for Jet Aviation, representing us to regulatory bodies and industry groups, and mentoring contract or part-time crew members when needed.

What You'll Experience on the Job?

This role is as dynamic as it is rewarding. You will travel the globe, often on short notice, adapting to varying time zones and cultures while representing Jet Aviation's signature excellence. Physically, you should be comfortable with regular standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds (including overhead). You will work in diverse environments—from busy maintenance hangars to elegant VIP lounges—and must adapt to aircraft noise, fuel fumes, and seasonal temperature extremes in Phoenix. For the right person, it's all part of the adventure.

    What We're Looking For?

We need a seasoned professional who approaches every flight with confidence, poise, and a solution-oriented mindset. To be considered, you must have:

    • Certifications: Flight Safety International (or equivalent) corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training, plus MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification (or CPR/AED equivalent).
    • Experience: At least four years in a similar corporate cabin role, including a minimum of two years in high-end culinary or luxury hospitality.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Flexibility: A genuine willingness to work a variable schedule, including extended trips, holidays, weekends, and last-minute changes.
    • Global Readiness: No travel restrictions—you must be prepared for extensive worldwide travel.
    • License & Age: A valid driver's license with a clean record, and you must be at least 21 years old.

    What Will Set You Apart?

Beyond the credentials, we are looking for someone who embodies a certain spirit. You will stand out if you have:

    • A True Team Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for collaboration. You understand the nuances of private aviation and approach every situation with a pleasant, professional, and friendly demeanor.
    • Uncompromising Excellence: A quality-driven mindset and a relentless drive to represent Jet Aviation as a trusted industry leader. You take pride in exceeding expectations.
    • Inspiration & Mentorship: A natural warmth and enthusiasm for guiding and training others, creating not just service but unforgettable experiences for passengers and colleagues alike.

    Why Join Jet Aviation?

At Jet Aviation, we don't just fly—we soar. You will become part of a team that is redefining luxury travel, where your expertise directly shapes the passenger experience. We offer a dynamic, rewarding environment built on trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency.
