What You'll Be Doing?
As a Cabin Attendant with Pentastar Aviation, you'll serve as the primary Cabin Crew member on authorized flights, ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary Cabin Crew member on authorized Pentastar Aviation flights—the cabin is yours to manage
- Maintaining complete knowledge of cabin flight safety procedures—safety is always the top priority
- Determining in-flight food service needs, organizing catering, and ensuring aircraft provisioning is flawless
- Performing in-flight cabin services—preparing and serving meals and refreshments, providing comfort assistance, and generally facilitating the flight for passengers
- Adhering to Pentastar Aviation security regulations—vigilance and compliance are essential
- Contacting crew scheduler to obtain future flight schedules
- Submitting operating and expense reports in a timely manner
- Being fully knowledgeable of the Pentastar Aviation General Operating Procedures manual
- Conducting assignments in a professional manner—representing Pentastar Aviation with pride and distinction
- Assisting with aircraft interior cleaning, managing stock onboard, passenger check-in, baggage handling, and assisting passengers as necessary
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
- Previous Flight Attendant experience required—you have a proven track record in the role
- International experience required—you're comfortable with global operations and protocols
- Gulfstream experience required—familiarity with these premium aircraft is essential
- Ability to manage a changing work schedule—flexibility is key in private aviation
- Ability to perform cabin safety functions as required—you're trained and ready
- Possess superior customer service skills—you anticipate needs and exceed expectations
Location & Commute Requirements
- Base Location: DTW/PTK (Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport / Oakland County International Airport)
- The individual selected for this position must live within 2 hours of the Base of Operations
