Pentastar Aviation is seeking an experienced, polished Cabin Attendant to join our team in Waterford, Michigan. This role is based at the dynamic DTW/PTK aviation hubs, and we're looking for someone who lives within two hours of our base of operations. What You'll Be Doing?
As the primary Cabin Crew member on authorized Pentastar flights, you'll be the person our passengers rely on for a safe, comfortable, and impeccably managed cabin. This is a hands-on role that goes far beyond the flight itself. You'll own the entire onboard experience—from cleaning and stocking the aircraft to assisting with passenger check-in and baggage handling.
Before each trip, you'll assess food service needs, organize catering, and ensure everything is provisioned to Pentastar's high standards. Once airborne, you'll serve meals and refreshments, offer comfort assistance, and generally make sure every passenger feels taken care of.
You'll also stay in close contact with our crew scheduler to confirm future flight assignments, submit accurate operating and expense reports on time, and become fully fluent in the Pentastar Aviation General Operating Procedures manual. Every assignment you handle reflects our commitment to professionalism—and you'll take pride in being a positive, poised representative of the Pentastar name.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who takes safety and service seriously, without losing the warmth that makes luxury aviation feel personal. Here's what you'll need to bring:
- Previous Flight Attendant experience – this is not an entry-level role
- International flight experience – you're comfortable navigating global travel requirements and service expectations
- Gulfstream experience – familiarity with this aircraft type is required
- Schedule flexibility – you can confidently manage a changing work schedule and adapt to shifting trip demands
- Strong safety aptitude – you're fully capable of performing all required cabin safety functions
- Superior customer service instincts – you consistently anticipate needs and handle situations with grace and professionalism
