A New Opportunity in the Skies Awaits You
Marabu Airlines is expanding its leisure flight operations across Germany with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join us at our new Frankfurt base. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are new to flying—those who dream of a career in aviation but don't yet hold an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Previous cabin crew experience is not required, and we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Important: Training is planned to start in January 2027. Please apply only if you are available to begin at that time.
This is a permanent Frankfurt-based position. Applications should include your CV and cover letter in English.
What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
As a Junior Cabin Crew member, you'll be the heart of the Marabu passenger experience. Your responsibilities will be varied, rewarding, and centered on safety and hospitality:
- Safety First: Uphold and follow all onboard safety procedures with professionalism and care, helping passengers feel secure throughout their journey
- Genuine Hospitality: Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere onboard, making every guest feel seen, valued, and well cared for
- Exceptional Service: Deliver attentive, high-quality service by understanding passenger needs and supporting a smooth travel experience
- Confident Sales Approach: Present our inflight shopping offer in a natural and engaging way, using product knowledge and a personal touch
- Trusted Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for passengers from boarding to arrival, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the flight
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with different crew members, adapt quickly to changing situations, and contribute to a positive team environment onboard
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Passport: Valid passport without limitations
- Citizenship: The right to live and work in Germany and the EU
- Minimum Height: 158 cm
- Education: Completed secondary education
- Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
- Medical Fitness: Medical fitness and the ability to swim unassisted
- Health Certificate: Ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations
- Experience: No previous flying experience required—this position is designed for candidates without prior cabin crew experience or an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Background Check: No criminal record
- Base Availability: Ability to reach Frankfurt airport within 60 minutes at any time
