Safety is our number one priority, and you'll need to be prepared for early starts (as early as 5 AM) and late finishes (past midnight on afternoon rosters). Who We're Looking For?
To join our crew, you'll need:
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network
- A height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water
- A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality
- Adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster
- A genuine enjoyment of working with the public and a "can do" attitude
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment
- A passion for travel and meeting new people
