    What We're Looking For?

Here's something important: experience in aviation is not required. We care far more about your attitude, your professionalism, and your genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Essentials – Meeting Regulatory Requirements

To meet our operational and safety regulations, you'll need to:

    • Be 18 years or older
    • Be between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) tall without shoes
    • Be fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch is preferable but not essential)
    • Hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network
    • Have a good standard of education and a verifiable five-year activity history
    • Live within 90 minutes of Amsterdam Schiphol base
    • Have no visible tattoos on your head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive)
    • Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range, including alcohol—this also adds to your commission
    • Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft
    • Pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness

You're a Great Fit If You:

    • Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role
    • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with kindness
    • Stay calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions
    • Love working as part of a diverse, energetic team
    • Take ownership, solve problems with empathy, and genuinely enjoy going the extra mile to make customers feel valued
