easyJet Cabin Crew Assessment Days:

- Training begins: January 2026
- Contract: 12-month fixed term

What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need aviation experience to join us. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and ability to create memorable journeys for our customers. You’re a strong match if you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in customer service or another people-focused role
- Communicate clearly and kindly, even under pressure
- Thrive in a team environment and bring energy to every situation
- Stay calm when things get busy and make safety-driven decisions with confidence
- Enjoy solving problems and going the extra mile to make passengers feel valued
Essential Requirements:
To meet safety and operational standards, you’ll need to:
- Be 18 years or older
- Measure between 157.5 cm (5’2”) and 190 cm (6’3”) without shoes
- Speak and write fluent English (Dutch is a plus but not essential)
- Hold a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel across the easyJet network
- Live within 90 minutes of Amsterdam Airport
- Be able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, and climb into a life raft
- Have no visible tattoos on the face, head, or neck (other tattoos must be discreet and inoffensive)
- Be comfortable selling food, drinks, and retail items as part of our onboard CAFE.SHOP service
- Pass a medical check (EASA Cabin Crew standard) and fit safely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness
