Jet Select, part of Vista America’s world-class aviation family, is looking for experienced Cabin Hosts and Hostesses to join our managed fleet in Fort Lauderdale. What You’ll Do?
- Deliver an exceptional inflight service tailored to each guest, including menu planning, sourcing, preparing, and presenting meals and beverages with five-star quality
- Anticipate passenger needs, from carry-on assistance to seating arrangements for families, children, and guests requiring special accommodations
- Brief and support passengers with onboard systems such as entertainment, connectivity, and phone services
- Conduct detailed preflight checks of all cabin safety and service equipment, ensuring everything is flight-ready
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and full readiness of the aircraft interior at all times, including stocking galley, lavatory, and cabin supplies
- Work directly with the flight crew on safety-related duties and support the PIC in documenting any cabin discrepancies
- Respond confidently in emergency situations, whether medical or operational, using the full range of safety and first aid equipment onboard
- Adapt to unique client preferences, including specialized dietary requests, pet travel, or specific lifestyle needs
What We’re Looking For?
- High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages or international cultural knowledge are highly valued
- Professional discretion and confidentiality are essential qualities
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or premium cabin aviation (First Class/Business Class or private jet service)
- US Passport or Green Card with unrestricted travel rights; ability to obtain a second passport and crew visas if needed
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Physically able to manage inflight duties, including lifting up to 60 lbs for safety equipment and operating aircraft doors/exits
- Flexible, resourceful, and calm under pressure, with proven ability to prioritize in fast-changing situations
