This is a unique dual role that combines ground handling and cabin crew duties, meaning no two days will ever be the same.
As one of Skåne Aviation's most important ambassadors, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, professional, and positive travel experience for our passengers while contributing to the efficient operation of flight services—both on the ground and on board. Your Responsibilities
Ground Duties
- Check-in and customer service—welcoming passengers and ensuring a smooth start to their journey
- Staffing the customer service center—being the friendly face and helpful voice for our travelers
- Assisting passengers with inquiries and disruptions—handling challenges with grace and professionalism
- Working with booking and information systems—ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Supporting flight crew members—collaborating to ensure seamless operations
- Operational tasks such as replenishing catering supplies and preparing for departures
- Ensuring that procedures and instructions are followed—attention to detail is essential
Onboard Duties
- Ensuring passengers' safety and security—safety is always the priority
- Conducting safety demonstrations and following applicable procedures
- Delivering high-quality service throughout the flight
- Handling onboard sales when required
- Contributing to a welcoming and professional cabin environment
- Being able to report for duty within 90 minutes at Malmö Airport
- Working as the sole cabin crew member aboard the Saab 2000, which accommodates 50 passengers—this is a role where you'll have real responsibility for both safety and service on board
- Meeting the maximum height requirement of 170 cm

- Good computer skills—comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English—clear communication is essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility—you're proactive and accountable
- Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and flexible—you adapt to changing circumstances with ease
- A positive attitude and a strong team spirit—you support your colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace
Desirable Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following will strengthen your application:
- Experience in airport operations, travel, or customer service
- Experience with booking or check-in systems
- Experience in customer service or operational management
- At least one year of experience as cabin crew
- Experience in single-cabin-crew operations
- A valid Cabin Crew Medical assessment
- A driving licence
