Your Mission: Deliver Excellence in the Skies
As a JetSMART Cabin Crew member, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complying with the policies, rules, and procedures established in the company's manuals and applicable aviation regulations—safety and professionalism come first
- Maintaining the required skills and level of training to perform your assigned duties and responsibilities with confidence
- Providing high-quality customer service by ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout every phase of flight
- Informing passengers about emergency procedures with clarity and professionalism
- Following the instructions of the Lead Cabin Crew Member and the Captain—teamwork is essential
- Welcoming passengers during boarding and farewelling them during disembarkation—you're the face of JetSMART
- Representing the JetSMART brand by participating in promotional activities and events when required
- Attending scheduled ground assignments such as team meetings, feedback sessions, recurrent training, and revalidations—continuous learning is part of the role
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Cabin Crew License issued by the DGAC (Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil)—this is essential
- Valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate with at least 6 months of validity remaining
- English proficiency (preferred, not mandatory)—it's an advantage but not required
- Completed high school education
- At least 1 year of previous customer service experience—you know how to connect with people
