Your Mission: Inspire, Train, and Elevate
As a Cabin Crew Trainer, you'll be at the heart of shaping our crew—from their first day in the classroom to their first flight in the skies. Whether it's teaching life-saving Safety & Emergency Procedures, delivering world-class Service and Hospitality training, or imparting essential Aviation Medical skills, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every crew member is prepared to deliver excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions across Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Hospitality, and Medical areas—making learning both effective and enjoyable
- Nurturing our crew as a coach and mentor, demonstrating first-class communication, interpersonal, and technology skills
- Acting as a role model, inspiring and motivating our diverse crew members while embodying our invigorating FRESH values
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and seriously fun learning environment—because the best learning happens when people feel supported and engaged
- Ensuring training is top-notch and fully compliant with GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation) regulations
About You: What You Bring to the Team?
We're looking for someone who brings both experience and passion to the role. You'll be a people's person by nature—someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and helping them grow.
Your experience should include:
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive Cabin Crew training experience—you understand the nuances of training and development in aviation
- Current or previous Cabin Crew experience—you've been in their shoes and know what it takes to succeed
- Experience training Crew in a part-time or full-time capacity—this is mandatory for the role
The ideal candidate also possesses:
- A genuine passion for aviation and a deep understanding of the Cabin Crew role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you connect with people easily
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities—you're invested in helping others grow
- A creative and engaging training style—you make learning memorable
