Vista Global, the world's leading private aviation group, is seeking a meticulous, service-driven Ground Quality Ambassador (GQA) to join our team in Van Nuys. In this essential non-flying role, you'll be a brand advocate and a guardian of Vista's highest service standards—ensuring that our commitment to excellence is consistently delivered by our entire Cabin Host family.
As a GQA, you'll work closely with Flying Quality Ambassadors, Trainers, and Cabin Management to ensure seamless quality from ground to air. You'll prioritize building relationships with stakeholders, understanding that collaboration is key to delivering a flawless customer experience.

Your Mission: Uphold Excellence from Ground to Air
As a Ground Quality Ambassador, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every detail meets Vista's exacting standards—from aircraft presentation to Cabin Host performance. Your focus will be on high-profile flights and quality audits, as directed by the Head of Cabin and Operations team.
Responsibilities
Brand Ambassadorship
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model for VistaJet values
- Be well-versed on the business vision and direction
- Represent Vista with professionalism and distinction at all times
Aircraft Quality & Presentation
- Assist crew members on pre-departure tasks of the aircraft
- Assist crew members on arrival tasks of the aircraft
- Assess the overall aircraft cabin condition, stowage, cabin presentation, and consistency of service items
- Assess Cabin Host uniform, safety and service compliance, and knowledge of procedures
- Record keeping of findings on aircraft status
- Record keeping of findings on Cabin Host performance
Operational Support
- Provide additional information pertinent to flights and operations
- Support Cabin Hosts with stock, shopping, cleaning, and client profiles
- Keep records of handover status and provide data to the Cabin Management team
- Host clients at the airport lounge and attend to individual needs until clients reach the aircraft
- Liaise with flight crew to ensure smooth transition between the airport lounge and the aircraft
- Manage aircraft line services when arriving/departing from Vista Maintenance (laundry, dishes, stock)
- Coordinate arrivals and departures primarily from VAM/Signature KVNY and LAX for sensitive T100/high-profile flights and special events
- Provide ground support during various Vista events at hybrid locations

Essential Skills and Experience
- A brand advocate who possesses an exceptional record of upholding exact standards in a service organization
- Assertive and confident at delivering feedback, and willing to escalate when needed
- Substantial experience gained in a luxury service organization—examples include luxury hotels, private aviation, or commercial airline first-class cabin
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury and the expectations among high-net-worth individuals
- A personal commitment to excellence and the ability to inspire others about service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential
- Assertive yet empathetic, with the ability to speak with authority and clarity
- A proactive mindset—you always seek ways to improve
- A team player who collaborates effectively with the Vista Cabin team
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in an FBO environment
- Previous experience as a Cabin Host for Vista
Legal Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete employment eligibility verification upon hire
