Your Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member with Air Tahiti Nui, you will:
- Ensure safety on board – the highest priority in everything you do
- Participate in crew briefings and pre-flight inspections – preparation is key to a smooth flight
- Welcome passengers and direct them to their seats – assist parents with young children, elderly passengers, and passengers with reduced mobility, and help passengers store their luggage
- Demonstrate the use of safety equipment or ensure that passengers are able to familiarize themselves with it
- Ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight – anticipate needs and provide attentive care
- Provide customer service in accordance with Air Tahiti Nui's quality standards – excellence is our benchmark
- Participate in onboard commercial activities and promote Air Tahiti Nui products – you're an ambassador for our brand
Base: Tahiti, French Polynesia.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Essential Qualifications
- Valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation) – mandatory
- Valid Class 2 medical certificate
- Valid ESTA
Experience & Skills
- Experience in customer service roles is an advantage
- Strong customer service and conflict management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum TOEIC score of 780 or Linguaskill/Lilate/Cambridge B2 level; C1 strongly preferred)
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to promote and represent Polynesian culture to customers
- Knowledge of the ATN product
- Sales skills
