    Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a polished, experienced Cabin Attendant for a Gulfstream G550 aircraft based in Las Vegas, NV (KLAS). This is an established EJM account looking to hire a seasoned professional who understands that true luxury in private aviation is found in the smallest details.

    This is not a commutable position. Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area. The aircraft flies approximately 600 hours per year under EJM's P135 certificate, offering a dynamic and rewarding schedule for the right candidate.

    As an ambassador of the EJM brand, the Cabin Attendant is entrusted with delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and security. You will embody safety culture, refined inflight service, and bespoke hospitality—often serving as the face of EJM. Every flight must reflect our unwavering standards: safety above all, followed by a seamless, luxurious travel experience that anticipates and exceeds the expectations of our clientele.

    Your Responsibilities: Elevate Every Journey

    Safety and Security

    • Responsible for the safety and security of all passengers within the aircraft cabin, ensuring strict adherence to the Ground Operations and Maintenance Manual (GOMM), Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, and all associated policies
    • Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections—ensuring every detail is in order before departure
    • Welcome Owners, customers, and guests with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized briefings and serving as the subject matter expert on all aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems
    • Ensure all cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed in accordance with regulatory and company policies
    • Maintain certification in CPR and AED usage—you're prepared to respond in an emergency

    Service Excellence

    • Source high-quality catering from external providers when necessary, ensuring all items meet luxury standards and align with passenger preferences
    • Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation, turndown service, and execution of client profiles and detailed service notes
    • Conduct flights for passengers traveling with pets or who permit smoking onboard, while maintaining discretion and service excellence
    • Ensure the aircraft cabin is consistently maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to company standards

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Operate effectively within a collaborative team/crew environment, ensuring consistent compliance with all safety and operational protocols—working closely with Owner Services, flight crew, and other internal teams
    • Proactively communicate any cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities to the Pilot in Command and Mechanic to ensure prompt resolution
    • Complete all administrative duties, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and required crew reports with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Leverage innovative thinking to address complex issues, making prompt decisions in dynamic environments to drive successful outcomes
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, dependent on specific trip or operational requirements

    What You Bring to the Role

    Essential Requirements

    • Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age
    • Previous P91 or P135 corporate cabin attendant experience—you understand the demands of private aviation
    • Outstanding communication skills—you engage with clarity, professionalism, and poise
    • Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Exceptional adaptability—you perform well in dynamic and fast-changing environments
    • Ability to manage personal rest effectively in preparation for active duty throughout each tour
    • Willing and able to travel away from home for multiple consecutive days and nights, with accommodations provided
    • Eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
    • Successfully pass all TSA background screenings and obtain required airport and U.S. Customs clearances
    • Possess a valid passport and maintain the ability to travel internationally without restriction
    • Hold a valid State-issued driver's license
    • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
    • Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor—you create positive first and lasting impressions
    • Superior oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure or in high-stakes situations
    • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with acute attention to detail in both technical and service-oriented matters
    • Physical capability: Able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
    • Comfortable working around animals, including providing care and attention during and surrounding Owner flights
    • Successfully complete the EJM Cabin Attendant training program, including ability to open an emergency door and pass knowledge-based tests

    Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $170,000
