We're searching for individuals who are ready to embrace a lifestyle of travel, service, and adventure. To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need:
- At least 21 years old
- A minimum height of 163 cm—essential for safety and operational requirements
- A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluency in written and spoken English—additional languages are a significant advantage
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform—maintaining Etihad's professional image
- Ambition, passion, and excitement for a travel lifestyle—you're ready to explore the world
Your Career Pathway
We recognize and reward great performance, with clear pathways to progress:
- Economy → Business Class from 12 months
- Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months
- Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months
Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
