About the Role
As a Flight Attendant (m/f/d) with TUI, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable journey. The safety of our guests comes first—you'll responsibly implement our safety, first aid, and service procedures and consistently follow all requirements. At the same time, you'll be open to continuous development and ready to go beyond your comfort zone.
Through your empathy and confident manner, you'll quickly build trust with guests and colleagues. With your positive attitude and commitment, you'll support your team and help ensure that our guests enjoy travelling with us.

About You
We're looking for individuals who bring the right attitude and energy to our team:

- You are a team player with strong communication skills and have good German and English skills to ensure smooth interaction with passengers and colleagues

About Our Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old as of January 31, 2027
- Reach: You must be able to reach a minimum overall height of 1.89 m with your arm fully extended (barefoot, standing flat-footed on the floor)
- Physical Ability: You must be able to perform all required duties, including fully fastening the shoulder harness while seated in a flight attendant seat
- Swimming: You must be able to swim at least 25 metres
- Medical: You must be willing to complete the required aptitude tests as well as mandatory occupational and aviation medical examinations during your employment
- Languages: You must have good German and English language skills at CEFR B2 level
- Availability: You must be able to work shifts as part of a 24/7 flight operation and be able to arrive at your base in uniform within 60 minutes
- Passport: You must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the start of the training course and allows unrestricted travel to and from Germany to all TUI fly destinations without requiring additional authorization
- Security Check: Successful applicants must undergo a security background check (ZÜP)
