What You'll Be Doing?
As a Cabin Crew Schedule Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our flights are properly crewed and our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring daily flight operations and cabin crew rosters to ensure adequate crew coverage—you're the eyes on the operation
- Managing operational changes, including crew absences, flight delays, and roster adjustments—you keep things moving when plans shift
- Ensuring compliance with flight duty, rest, and regulatory requirements—accuracy and adherence to regulations are non-negotiable
- Maintaining accurate crew scheduling records using Hitit Crane—your attention to detail keeps our data reliable
- Coordinating with Cabin Crew Management and other operational departments—collaboration is at the heart of what we do
- Supporting monthly roster preparation and operational reporting—you help us plan ahead and stay accountable
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of education, skills, and personal qualities that align with our operational standards:
Education & Language
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Technical Skills
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools—we embrace modern technology to work smarter
Personal Qualities
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays—aviation never sleeps, and neither does our scheduling team
Experience Requirements
Experienced Candidates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline crew scheduling or crew control
- Knowledge of Hitit Crane or similar systems is a strong advantage
Entry-Level Candidates
- Aviation-related backgrounds are preferred
- Full departmental training will be provided—we invest in your growth
